Posted On: 02/07/2022 Dr. Giordano, Dr. Krausz and her staff are extremely professional, timely and always accommodating. Her office is very clean and they have flexible hours. The receptionists always follow up and assist with any questions. Coming to the office does not feel like a “typical” dentist office experience- they are so welcoming, kind and calming especially during procedures. The discussions on the suggested solutions and care of a particular dental issue have always been extremely informative and made sense to follow. Posted On: 01/15/2022 I have been a patient my entire adult life and have been doing Invisalign with Dr. Krausz for the past two years. Everybody in the office is amazing and I always have a positive experience. The office is always spotless and sparkling.

Posted On: 12/28/2021 Wonderful, comfortable experience at this office! Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist and assistants are warm and welcoming. I have seen both Dr. Giordano and Dr. Krausz and had great experiences with both of them. The dental work I needed was explained thoroughly and all of my questions were answered prior to work being done. Posted On: 12/27/2021 The front desk person was pleasant but my experience with the dental hygienist Kaitlyn was unprofessional. Not only did she give a false dental assessment about “gum inflammation” which I certainly do not have, she was also rude on her remarks. My experience with Dr. Krausz was a disappointment, while she did confirm that there was NOT a “gum inflammation”, she did a poor job giving patient education. She was thorough yet inconsistent with her description on what she wanted to do to fix a chipped filling!
